Various pamphlets, literature and web sources are used to provide information to prospective pilgrims of Hajj. Information that is included ranges from ceremonial-ritual protocol when conducting Hajj and entering the Grand Mosque and Kaaba, to advice on health care and precautions.

The Spring of Zam Zam is essential to Islamic history and tradition. According to Islam, Muslims are descendant from Abraham’s divorced wife Hagar and her son Ishmael, who were discarded from Abraham’s camp.
